He was a home builder for many years, and it shows… I was very impressed with how thorough he was and with his attention to detail. He alerted me to 2 things which, though not immediately critical, could cause some big problems down the road, and they were easy and inexpensive to have repaired at this point.. I absolutely give him my highest recommendation. Thank you, Peter for a really nice job…
He was very thorough and even climbed on top of the roof and discovered a missing shingle on a NEW CONSTRUCTION finished home and also other issues that will get addressed by the builder thanks to the inspection report from him. The prices are very reasonable, and got the inspection report the same day. I definitely recommend first choice home inspections.
Professional, thorough, personable and knowledgeable. Able to dive deep into issues that he finds, explain about them, solutions, considerations, etc.. Says what he is going to do and then does it. Good follow up to questions. ANYONE would be lucky to have him for their home inspector!
