Thank goodness we had a true professional like John complete this inspection. He found Many items that needed to be corrected, took his time, explained our new home to us. Very detailed and thorough! Pleasant and courteous. I definitely would recommend!

We originally had John scheduled to do our home inspection, but the schedule needed to be changed.. Thus, we had Mark. Mark is the epitome of quality and great customer service! He was very thorough, detailed oriented, answered all of our questions, and even showed us what he saw. Because of Mark, I will recommend him and this company to anyone in need of services and if I need to have any other services, they will be my first choice. John was very thorough with our inspection and even explained to us how the AC and electrical system were set up and taught us how to function our AC/heating system properly. He was very honest and kind and gave me confidence in knowing our home was a good investment! He also had very reasonable prices and this was important considering all the other costs associated with buying our first home, overall great experience
