Joe was our inspector and he was fabulous at explaining to me what it was he was seeing the the reason it is or could be an issue. I highly recommend using Five Star Home Inspections!
They were able to find a fair amount of items with the house that i never would’ve seen or caught on my own. Would recommend them to anyone in the future.
He was aware it was our first time buying a home and was extra helpful to ensure we knew the ins and outs of the house. The price was good and included the termite/pest inspection. The report was easy to understand and had pictures and explanations of everything. I would use them again if we ever had to do it!
