. Jake has assisted me with over 157 home inspections over the last 14 months. He has been learning all aspects of performing home and termite inspections. Jake has also performed 22 inspections solo, on his own, during the last 8 months. I believe he has benefitted greatly by having hands-on experience, and am confident of his knowledge and skills. Jake has always been eager to learn and grasp new things pertaining to pest and home inspections.

He answered any questions and i was able to accompany him during the process. The summary and pictures were very helpful especially since this is my first home purchase. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again Jake.

Buying a home is never an easy process, but Jake Coyle, from 5 Star Inspection, made this part of the purchase stress free. Jake was easy to communicate with when scheduling my inspection, and was very flexible when I had to change our inspection time. He arrived on time, prepared, and evaluated every area of the home. His thoroughness and methodical approach identified all of the minor issues, and several fairly large ones. He spent time answering all of my questions and reviewing the findings with me. He then promptly presents all findings on an easy to read list with attached photos. Even the seller said he did a great job! As a home buyer, I highly recommend 5 Star Inspection, and now feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase. Thank you Jake!
