Provided a thorough report with an easy to use tool to generate the home repair request! Because of his quick turnaround and because it was so easy to generate the report, we were able to move that much quicker in escrow. We appreciated his attention to detail, extensive knowledge, and clarity when providing education on the issues discovered. It was comforting to see how much he enjoyed running his business and to see the quality and pride he put into it. This inspection gave us high confidence in our home purchase.

He is detail oriented and challenges the house to uncover any and all issues before you buy. He provides a comprehensive report with very informative pictures and videos. He even uses a drone to inspect roof tiles. Overall is is a man of his word and is fair. He is a Temecula local and very knowledgeable.

He was extremely professional and the inspection was very detailed. He allowed me to accompany him during the inspection. He is a great communicator and explained every point on the property. I booked the appointment online and he followed up with text messages to confirm. The written report was received in less than a day and fully documented the entire process. I would definitely recommend him.
