He booked me 2 days before while also accommodating my schedule. Throughout the home inspection he provided thorough explanations of his findings. He also reviewed the report in great detail! In my experience with inspectors, which was very common in my previous profession and a few times in my own home, I have never felt so comfortable and genuinely cared for. Brandon was not only extremely thorough in completing the work we agreed on, but also gave me sound advice because he was concerned for my safety as a result of a few findings. He went above and beyond in not only the task and job itself, but the relationship building aspect of business. He is affordable, reliable, respectful, holds a wealth of knowledge (and shares it with you) and I cannot imagine calling anyone else besides Flat Rate Inspections for this kind of work. Also, this is the first review I’ve ever written. That should say something.

I would give 10 stars if I could, because I am so glad I found Brandon & Flat Rate Inspections! The first time I reached out to him was to do an inspection of my house and he was able to come out the following day. Brandon was on-time, efficient, extremely courteous (as I was working from home during the inspection) and his report was very detailed. I then called Brandon again after some walls were opened up during construction and I wanted a mold test because I was concerned there was black mold (whew, it wasn’t!). Brandon again responded quickly and was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Brandon & Flat Rate Inspections!
