Beyond wonderful experience! I am a local Realtor here in Orlando and needed a quick and reliable inspection for a property under contract. I called Darrell and he answered right away and was able to have my inspection scheduled in less then and hour!! I arrived to the property early to get everything unlocked and he pulled up at the same time – it is so rare to have people be onetime in this business and it really made Darrell and his team stand out. They were quick and professional the entire time, even walked my client through the findings and what she should expect from them (not to mention he includes chocolate as a courtesy gift) – by far my favorite inspector.
