Chris is the absolute best person we could have hired to do our home inspection before buying. He was on time to begin with, polite and friendly as soon as he stepped out of his truck. He was kind and patient and let me follow him around asking questions about everything. He explained everything to me in clear details that I could understand. He spent more than 4 hours looking at, testing, and taking pictures of every single thing about our house. I feel so much better informed because of all of the time he spent with us explaining things, and even showing us how his tools work to find the moisture content in air and in wood. I would have expected to wait a long time for the report to come back, but he sent us a 40 page report within the week!! I am so impressed with Foresight Inspection Services.
