Foundation Report

My wife and I were in the process of buying our first home . We were in escrow and so excited but the inspector said the foundation was bad. We didn’t wanna lose the house and our realtor had us call Andy at Foundation Reports to see how much to fix. Bottom line he came out before our deadline , actually same day and gave us an estimate. It was 20k . This was bad news. But he called the seller and the seller was also surprised but knocked 20k off the price and we ended up buying the house . We will make repairs but my family is living in our own home and we are so happy . Foundation Reports made it happen , Thanks Mr. Andy Wolfe !

He is meticulous and diligent in his inspections, then goes into great detail with the clients about all his findings. Andy is knowledgeable, honest and detail oriented.
