Frazier Home Inspections has been serving North Alabama since 2007. We are committed to the highest quality of service within every inspection and take the time to educate and inform our clients.

Professionally educated, licensed and certified, Frazier Home Inspections strives to give you the best quality service. We adhere to a strict code of conduct and have all been trained and educated to ensure that they properly represent the best in the industry.

Our standard home inspection includes an evaluation of the visible and accessible interior and exterior features of the structure, its systems and components. The report we provide will include identification of any material defects in a format that is easy to read and understand. It will also include recommendations for maintenance and repair. As Certified Home Inspectors, we do not consider our job complete until you understand everything provided in your report.

Young guy running the show that leads you to believe he knows everything… July 25, 2020 12:45 pm

He’ll take your money, pick apart the home you want and then tell you to get another opinion in the end. What a waste….When he discourages you from buying, guess who has his hand out when you find another home you want? He’s good at double-dipping. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone. Maybe he should hire more high school kids to do his job for him. The quality of the inspection can’t be any worse.

Frazier did our home inspection today and exceeded our expectations. July 25, 2020 12:44 pm

We weren’t able to be at the property and were worried. He went over any questions with us after he sent us our report (1 hour after inspection,) and we were extremely impressed with how thorough the report was. I highly recommend him!
