Jerrod Hein, home inspector with Free State Home Inspections, is a very conscientious and professional person. He is very considerate and thorough. I am the Realtor who coordinated this inspection for the Buyer’s who are from out of State and Jerrod was responsive with his communication regarding signing of a document getting approval to proceed, the cost of the inspection and the time he would arrive. The final inspection report was detailed and had pictures helping to tell the story of the home inspection. All parties were happy with Jerrod’s inspection report. We had a couple of questions after receiving the report and Jerrod was timely in answering our questions. Thank you!

Mr. Jerrod Hein is really a professional home inspection specialist you can trust. He is very responsible, and alway replied my phone calls and text messages timely. He has professional knowledge of house structure, quality and potential problems, and did a great job for me thoroughly. I was especially impressed by his report that states all the problems with lots of details. His report contains photos, each shows a problem. Amazing !
