He is extremely detailed and thorough, professional, and arrived early to the property. He was kind enough to invite us to sit through the inspection with us and when he was done he answered all my questions and concerns. He walked me through his report and through his findings and it was well worth the investment to have him come inspect our home! He looked at everything from roof nails that weren’t caulked, fireplace, outlets, sod, door hinges, to the HVAC, he found the threshold needed to be adjusted as airflow from outside was coming through. He tested all of the air vents and the temperature of the air coming out and to all of water faucets and shower head. He even gave some improvement recommendations! He was outstanding and provided us a detailed report with pictures the very same day! WORTH IT. Hire him!
