As first time home buyers, we are very grateful for the thorough inspection that Marc performed for us. We did a lot of research and interviewed a number of home inspectors before hiring FSI. Marc’s experience and background made him stand out to us. He is extremely knowledgeable about construction and codes. He was also easy to talk to and made us feel at ease. We had some specific concerns about the house going into the inspection that Marc focused on but he also pointed out a number of other items that we would never have caught on our own. He took the time to patiently explain issues to us during the inspection and the report he provided the next day was very easy to follow.
