If you really want someone who goes above and beyond to inspect your next real estate investment, give him a call. If you’re trying to sell a “shoddy” home, don’t get upset when you have to lower your asking price to what it should be, get mad and write a salty review because the man efficiently did his job.
I was referred to them by another inspector who was completely booked. I can tell you that I am glad the other one was booked. Fulbright’s not only performed the inspection in a prompt, professional, and complete manner, their 70 page inspection report kept me from buying a complete disaster of a property. He made sure he kept everything clean no shoes in the house and made sure i understood everything before I left and all the way around he was great and i would refer him to anyone looking for any type of home inspection.
