Hired this company to perform home inspection prior to purchasing. Mr. Reynolds arrived early, & had even assessed a few external areas by the time I arrived. This inspector was friendly & explained the process to my 4 year old son throughout- He discussed findings prior to my departure & was prompt in sending a detailed completed copy of the inspection. I wouldn’t hesitate 2 recommend this company to friends and family.
