Kelly is very professional and thorough during inspection. He explained in detail all issues he identified and also offered suggestions on potential cost to repair or options to self remedy the issues. I would definitely recommend his services for all home inspection needs.

Kelly of FullScale Home Inspection performed an inspection on the home we had put a contract on to purchase. He was phenomenal. He arrived on time, took his time with the inspection and explained things has he went along, letting me know what issue I should be concerned about and fully explaining what it all meant. Because of his thoroughness, I have complete confidence that the home that I am purchasing will be safe.

Kelly was great, and we would highly recommend to others. After going under contract on our home, we had just five days to complete the inspection and notify the seller of any work that needed to be done. Kelly responded to our inquiry immediately and was able to schedule us in for two days later. The inspection report was ready later that same day, giving us plenty of time to meet our contingency. During the inspection itself, Kelly showed up a little before our scheduled time to start looking at the exterior. He was very thorough and personable, taking the time to explain to us (first-time home buyers) what he was noting and whether we should be concerned. He even took the time to tell us things that we should know for maintenance after moving in, and these items were also included in the report for our information. All in all, he made us feel confident that we would know about any potential issues with the home and that we would be prepared to keep it well maintained going forward.
