I live in an apt that has flooded more times then I can count through the years. After learning the health department does not test and only checks how the area appears, and the apartment complex assuring me they’d fix it correctly and not, I called Fun Guy and spoke to Robert. He was extremely helpful, answered a ton of questions and helped make the process much easier to navigate. Now having test results in hand along with a detailed report with recommendations on how it should be fixed, the complex seems to be moving along and taking this more serious now.
He took the time to review another company’s mold report with me over the phone and explain the results prior to even being hired. When we did have him come out to the house for a potential issue, he wasn’t here to find a problem but instead diagnose if further work needed to be done. He was honest and very knowledgeable. He helped us in a difficult situation and I would highly recommend him with no reservations.
