Alan Brown lic. #1505 has been a home inspector in the Triangle for 20 years. He is one of the most well respected and sought after home inspectors I’ve ever known. He has probably performed over 6000 to 7000 inspections but who’s counting? Alan’s efficient and professional style, has kept many of the same realtors and repeat clients around for those 20 years. Alan has a wonderful Wife and family including two boys and two dogs.

As first time home buyers, it was important for us to understand the level of repairs foreseeable in the future. Steve was so thorough explaining all the red flags (in his report and on phone) that we walked from the house confidently. We were able to look at a second home and use our knowledge from the first inspection to do our own evaluation before putting in an offer. Steve’s second inspection was equally thorough and gave us the confidence to move forward. Steve is trustworthy, kind and respectful. I would most definitely recommend him for inspections. The inspection felt thorough and Steve took his time while reviewing his report with us, encouraging any questions we had. I would recommend Fuster Home Inspections to my friends and family and anyone else in need of a home inspection. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I both feel that we were taken good care of and will certainly seek Steve’s help again in the future if ever needed.

Alan was fantastic. He took the time to go over everything in our home inspection with us and eased any concerns we had. On top of that, the process from scheduling to receiving the report was incredibly efficient. We had our report the night of the inspection! Highly recommend Fuster Inspections.
