A typical inspection will be about 2-4 hours, depending on the size of the home or property. You are encouraged to join your professional home inspector on the walkthrough to learn more about our process and what we’re looking for. Being present at the inspection will also help familiarize you with the home. After the initial inspection, we will provide you with detailed report, complete with digital photos. This will have all of our notes and what you need to keep an eye out for on the property or in the home, with details on.
