We were referred to Josh through some mutual connections and were absolutely floored with his level of service. We are buying a home and he did our inspection. He was extremely thorough with the inspection, competitively priced with other inspectors, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his job. As far as the inspection itself goes when we arrived to go over everything he had photos of all aspects and went through each part making sure we had no questions go unanswered. He then had the inspection report to us and our realtor within a couple hours. The report was seamless to read highlighting what needs repaired, who he recommends repairing it
He was very thorough in his inspection and his presentation at completion was incredibly informative and very educational. We feel comforted in knowing that we are walking into our new home with a great understanding of it’s current state, both things that were well maintained and items that we need to address. He was more than happy to answer any questions we had and may have.
