I have over 15 years of construction experience under my belt. From remodels to new construction, electrical work to air quality and mold inspector. I feel my experience not only an inspector but as a contractor gives me an edge on the competition.

I try to educate the home buyers and explain to them not only the problem areas that are found during the inspection, but also the good aspects of the home. This gives them confidence about their purchase and a piece of mind.

We are InterNACHI and ASHI certified. At Gardner Home Inspections we have certified mold inspectors and Air Quality Inspectors.

Caleb was very thorough and professional. He climbed up and physically inspected every inch of the roof and paid attention to every detail, inside and out. As a licensed electrician, he’s highly qualified. He pointed out every flaw in the walk through and provided a report, complete with pictures and recommendations. We were very pleased and highly recommend him!

Caleb did an amazing job during the inspection of our home. He explained everything very thoroughly, answering every question I had and going in depth to where I would understand. He definitely didn’t rush and took his time, making sure that the job was done correctly and that he wouldn’t miss anything. His service was an incredible value to my home purchasing and his knowledge, passion for his job, willingness to be patient and helpful to the customer and kindness has surpassed my expectations. He’s very down to earth and personable as well and made the inspection interesting and enjoyable rather than something you just had to get over with. If all of that wasn’t enough, his pricing was very affordable and he was willing to even travel farther than I expected to make it to the location. All in all, I highly suggest this man for your home inspection and you would be supporting a company with honest values and a hard and determined work ethic.

This company inspected our home. They set up a time to be there, 10:00am …… we made plans and was ready for their arrival. NO SHOW NO CALL! After phone calls were made he finally responded with nothing but excuses! He did reschedule for that same day at 1:00….. again we made plans…. did not arrive until 1:40. Very un-professional! Again, no call for his delay. There were other promises made that were not kept! I would not recommend using this company at all!
