GCA Home Inspectors
Most people get a home inspection when they are making an offer on a house. This is one of the biggest purchases you might ever make, so it’s important to get an inspection.
A home inspection will save you money in the long run, and may even bring to light some factors that ultimately influence your decision on whether or not to buy a home.
Regardless of whether you think you have discovered your dream home, it is a home investigator’s obligation to point out its potential issues.
Rick did a fantastic job, he was friendly and personable to us. He spent his time explaining what he was doing and checking for with me as I escorted him around my home.
This was the second time my partner and I used GCA Home Inspections in the last year and our inspector, Rick, continued to exceed our expectations. He arrived on time and spent several hours with us explaining all aspects of the condition of the home and issues identified. His interpersonal skills are stellar and he possesses an excellent knowledge of construction engineering, plumbing, electrical, etc. His efforts and the resulting report aided us tremendously in negotiating with the seller. Great job and we would not hesitate to recommend GCA Home Inspections!
I called Rick to inspect an older condominium my husband and I are purchasing. He was not only friendly, he set up an appointment on a Sunday morning so I would be able to meet a deadline. He arrived not on time, but before us. He encouraged us to follow him through the process, ask questions, and where we didn’t think we had any, explained his findings to us. He made the explanations easy to understand, and made valuable recommendations which we will follow up. He took his time and was always respectful of the current owners belongings. The “icing on the cake” were his very reasonable rates. I would recommend him highly for any job if asked.
