I have always loved homes and have been around them since childhood when my father owned rent houses and did so much of the work himself. I have operated my own company since 1997 and understand what loyalty, word-of-mouth, and reputation mean. “Honesty, integrity and a strong work ethic help make one successful and I strive to achieve that everyday.”

My wife and I hired this company before purchasing our first home, so that we could get a rough idea about areas that we would need to spend money on. It was all fairly basic stuff, garage door needed some work, etc. They put a heavy emphasis on the guttering, the reason being that he was being paid to find the smallest details wrong, and that was fine.

Wade Gentry, of Gentry Home Inspections, LLC in Enid, OK, is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate my needs. The day prior to the inspection, he kindly sent me a reminder of our appointment. The day of, he arrived on time and with all the professionalism you’d expect from an inspector of his caliber. He genuinely enjoys his work, is very thorough, professional, and very reasonably priced!! I have purchased many homes over the years and have never seen such a quality inspector like him! Mr. Gentry provides an easy-to-read (digital) inspection report and includes pictures, videos, recommendations, etc. of anything and everything he finds. Because of Mr. Gentry’s modern approach, he is able to write the report while doing the inspection and immediately provide a digital copy to all parties/clients. Gone are the days of deciphering the chicken-scratch of inspectors on hard to read carbon copy reports! Gentry Home Inspections made our home buying process just that much smoother and he took the time to answer every question I threw at him. Use Gentry Home Inspections on your next purchase and you will be happy you did!

Wade at Gentry Home Inspections was very professional and was able to get out to our property very quickly when we were on a tight schedule. His report was above and beyond your usual report. It included videos, pictures, what type of skilled worker you need to hire for the things that are broken, and even links to and materials we needed. The format of the report is incredibly easy to understand and is all online. If you are looking for a seamless inspection process with visual content vs. your typical black and white checklist then look no further. I highly recommend Gentry Home Inspections.
