We had been given an inspection report from a previous buyer who feel through for this house. We decided to have a second inspection to be safe. Bryan found additional concerns and was able to explain them thoroughly. Although it’s not required or expected Bryan took the time to explain a great deal to me as he went through the inspection to make sure I had a clear understanding of everything he was looking at and checking.
