We found this a very valuable experience. Andrew was very thorough and knowledgeable about FHA and VA home loan guidelines. He explained each deficiency he found In our home and how to correct it. His inspection allowed us time to fix any problem areas prior to our home going on the market. Andrew was very polite, respectful and a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to contact Andrew again for any future inspection needs.

The property was over 6,000 sqft, and throughout the entire process was incredibly kind and gave a lot of information and notes about what he was doing along with any errors/possible concerns he came across while doing the inspection. I followed along throughout the entire inspection process which Andrew had zero issues with and actually encouraged me to be there for the inspection so that I could get much more familiarized with the property and potential issues.
