Nick Thruston, the owner, was very professional and answered all of my questions, not only the day of the inspection but also any follow up questions that came to mind after reviewing the report. He was able to schedule my inspection in a timely manner, performed a thorough inspection and took an ample number of pictures to explain the inspection findings. I highly recommend Glen Allen Inspections!

Glen Allen Inspections was recommended to me. Nick, the owner was able to schedule my inspection on less than a weeks notice. Nick was super thorough with our inspection. He took time to answer each of my questions about the house and was very knowledgeable. The report that Nick gave us at the end inspection was very detailed yet still easy to understand. The added value for the price of the inspection is great. Highly recommend Glen Allen Inspections

Nick was thorough, friendly, and professional. When he was done he took the time to go over his findings in a way that was super easy to understand and answered all my questions. The report was clean looking, detailed everything Nick discussed with me, and included labeled pictures. He made the inspection process smooth which was more than appreciated in a process that is known for being stressful. Thank you so much!
