In this crazy market, I had to find a reliable inspector within days of an accepted offer. I did some research and found Glenn. He was excellent in every way – an approachable, knowledgeable guy, who took the time to explain to me all of the deficiencies observed during his inspection.
Glenn was absolutely fantastic to work with! He responded right away to my home inspection inquiry and was able to complete the inspection the same week. This is our first home and he walked us step by step through the whole process.
