GPI is a National Franchise with over 30 years of experience. The owner, Greg Mathias performs all of the Inspections. Greg is a Journeyman Carpenter with over 28 years of experience. Our reports are thorough and offer suggestion on maintenance and issues that we have observed during the Inspection. Pictures of the home and defects help to ensure the issues we find are easy to understand. With all Home and Commercial inspections we use Thermal Imaging to help locate issues that cannot be observed through the naked eye.
6 Reviews for Global Property Inspections
Blake was extremely professional yet friendly and thorough in his inspection. He answered my questions and explained his findings to me. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a house inspection call him, and I will use him again.
The same person inspected two properties. Blake was excellent at guiding me through the two reports. Blake is trustworthy as he has been very thorough and says it how it is. He could tell from the basement that the project was do-it-yourself and said he couldn’t find the permits. He corrected the mistakes that I thought the sellers had made before we moved forward. Blake Johnson, you helped me to feel confident that I was buying a safe and good place.
The home inspector was great. When we arrived, he had already performed the inspection. He explained the findings and recommendations and gave his opinion on many of the items. He was very personal and took us to the property after the inspection. He showed us the specific items he found and the things we should know. It was a wonderful service, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a pre-purchase home inspection.
As a first time home buyer having a piece of mind while purchasing a house new or used is huge. It’s also such a learning experience. Greg was easy to talk to and very thorough through his inspection. Having someone to contact about the home who’s been in the home and knows it definitely is a good feeling. Thankful for the opportunity to work with him.
Greg was our home inspector on the property we are planning to buy. He was very thorough and precise with his report. He also gave us ideas on areas that needs work which helps us a lot. His service is highly recommended and his professionalism is top notch!
We had a great experience with Greg. He was such an amazing guy. He did a great job and knew what we needed to know and offered necessary advice on what to do in the future.
