Never before have I had such a thorough home inspector! I am honestly the pickiest of picky and want to ensure that I am buying a home that is safe, up to date, and passes all of the current standards and safety regulations. I cannot do this. Golden Arrow Home Inspection LLC is uttery detailed, tons of detailed photos with arrows pointing to points of interest, incredibly professional inspector, and the turn-around-time for the production of the home inspection report was the same day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

He is very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He shows you and walks you through the process while patiently answering questions. The inspection report has detailed information with pictures and with explanations. I really appreciate his honesty and I highly recommend him. Thank you so much Phil!
