Good Guys Home Inspection

When it comes to the written inspection report, Mitchell’s eye for detail lacks. Always sends reports with someone else’s address and name on them. When brought up to get a fixed report, we can’t seem to get a hold of him. 600 dollars to provide an inspection and twice and delivers an inspection report that needs amending both times.

This is our first time buying a home and the first house we put our down payment on had some issue and we had to pull out on the deal. Sadly we lost out in $500. So we get to a second house we like, check list was check. One thing we were really worried about was the roof, we were not able to see the roof when we check the house out. So our realtor found us this company name Good Guys home inspection. We were nervous, especially because we just lost out on $500 during these times. We get to the house and see our inspector has begun. As we wait for him to finish up I notice how well Mitchell did the inspection, and double checked the house to ensure proper functioning. The best part about this, my house is two story and he was happy to get on the roof and check it out for us. Mitchell took time to take picture of the house and when he spoke to us about any issue he saw, he explain it to us and showed us the pictures. He explain in detail and gave us ideas on where to get stuff to fix the small things like a pcp covering. Overall I really appreciated Mitchell for the awesome job he did.

Robert was fantastic! He was easily able to work with our schedule and let us know when the best time to arrive onsite was if we were available. He walked us through all of his findings in a calm and detailed manner. Was very nice and enjoyable to speak with! His report was prompt and thorough. Their response times from initial request to final report were fast and professional!
