Responsive, attentive, and able to give us a very detailed report that told it how it was. These inspection reports can obviously be daunting, but he took the time to walk us through it and give a realistic view of what we should or should not be too worried about. We easily give him 5/5, and will be using him in the future whenever possible.

We have relied on two separate inspections from Bud and had two very positive experiences. He is extremely detail oriented, but he also summarizes and explains what the key issues are in a home without getting lost in the minutia. His videos and the supplements to the inspection are clear and easy to understand as well. Highly recommended.
