Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take no more than four hours, usually between an hour and a half and three hours. Ideally, you will accompany your inspector during the consultation, so that you will have visual reinforcement of your written report.

I have worked as a handyman for a contractor most of my life so I decided to go to our home inspection. I met Sean there and wasn’t sure what to expect but Sean was awesome. He took the time to show me some of the bigger issues that he initially saw and then was great about answering all of the other questions I had. The report isn’t finished yet but I am positive it will be A-1. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing an inspection!
As a first time home buyer I appreciated his thoroughness. He was very responsive to text and had an enjoyable enthusiasm. I would definitely recommend him and if I ever need another home inspection I know who to call!
