Very thorough, honost, and exactly the right price! I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.
We are trying to sell our home & he allowed or did it himself(according to buyer) to damage our ceiling. It’s now been OVER a month and neither him nor the buyer are willing to fix it. Meanwhile we cannot show or sell our home. Strongly recommend you NOT USE HIS SERVICES!!
We are getting ready to buy our second home. We used Goshen with our first home and were thoroughly satisfied. They have incredibly reasonable prices, and offer a better inspection than other inspection companies I have interacted with. We are using them to inspect our second home also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
