This team of inspectors were extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I have sold six houses in the past and this team were by far the most professional and thorough I have experienced. My old cantankerous dog even liked them 🙂 The took their time in the inspection and then took their time explaining each concern with me. They are an excellent team!!!!

They take time to look over everything from the big (floors, walls, paint, substructure) to small (light switches, trim, nozzles, etc). I would highly recommend them to friends and family because they are honest, reliable, punctual and informative. Super job on inspection!

Mary and her partner were really informative and made the process so much easier. We were first time home buyers and they were eager to teach us all about the inspection process and what to expect and things to be aware of in the future. They gave us references for things around the place and were thorough in their inspection and radon test. They were genuine and seemed like they actually really cared about the house we were looking at getting into; honestly the fact that they seem like they do really care made me a client for life. Thanks guys I’ll be sure to recommend your service to anyone looking for inspections etc.
