Horrible experience. The inspector of my home was also the owner of the company, who missed several things including electrical, plumbing, and water leakage. All were very easy to find. Due to the water leakage that was missed I was then stuck with a $200 expense. The owner gave his word that I would be reimbursed for the expense and gave the go ahead to have it taken care of and then welched on the bill. Admitted in a phone conversation that he did promise it on the grounds of the faulty 90 day warranty his company advertised. He boasted of this 90 day warranty that would cover anything missed but failed to acknowledge that nothing over 10 years old was covered in a home he knew was 11 years old. He was rude and not knowledgeable of what he was doing.
Absolutely loved our inspector, Nathan. He was detailed, took time to listen to all of the questions asked, and explain everything thoroughly and clearly. He was very friendly and even brought snacks along with him. I highly recommend him!
