I was very surprised to find the huge rat problem in the house once I arrived, and the leak from the washer that was so bad the tiles in the water heater closet are floating. I understand it was just a house inspection, but on top of all of this it rained last night and there’s about 8 water spots in the ceiling. I do feel you can’t catch every issue, but the extent of these problems should have been notated. I’m very disappointed and we’re trying to figure out a way to get the money needed for the necessary things to make the house livable.
