I’ve seen home inspections in the past where the inspector was very knowledgeable, but you could never tell by looking at the final report. I’ve also seen inspection reports being done the same way they were done 20 years ago, with pen and paper. With my experience and education, I knew that I could provide a better product. Technology, building materials, tools, and education are always changing and improving. I will always keep striving to improve my education, services and reports, to give you the confidence you need make an informed decision when buying your next home.

Provided good advise and details of the home inspection. During these times where it’s difficult to get a call back from inspectors and contractors, Paul was always responsive and communicative. Highly recommended.

I contacted Paul and Emily for a home inspection and they were amazing. I had contacted a few inspectors and given the high buying market, none were able to hit my 21 days required inspection deadline but Paul. They called me back right away, worked to get my home on their schedule and were super responsive to calls and questions I had every step of the way. The inspection report was extremely thorough and I had the final report within 48 hours. I would highly recommend them and certainly use them again!

I cannot say enough good things about Green Mountain Home and Property Inspections!! Buying amidst the COVID pandemic seemed to pose a challenge for us to get a home inspection and meet our contract timeline, but Paul and Emily were amazing to respond to my inquiry and get us scheduled before the deadline, which really made me happy!! Their communication and explanation for everything was SO helpful, as this is our first time buying a house. On the day of inspection, Paul was very thorough and explained everything to us in detail and was such a pleasure to work with! I feel much better buying “our” home in Vermont knowing what needs to be done and we had the report promptly, which was such a relief. If you are looking to buy a home in Vermont and need an inspection, look no further – you will be thoroughly impressed with Paul and Emily! They truly treat you like family and make you feel at ease. Thank you both SO much!! We appreciate all your hard work!!
