GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering – Austin/San Antonio

This is my second house inspection from Matt. He is very professional and updated me with the findings. I will choose and recommend Matt for any house inspections.

You can tell how passionate Nick Evans is about his job. The attention to detail and his knowledge is by far the most incredible think about Nick. We walked in not knowing much regarding the home building process. Nick took the time to inform us about the pre drywall inspection and what all to look for and

Nick arrive early. He answered all of my questions and made note of our concerns. The report was available the same day and was very thorough.

We hired GreenWorks to inspect the home that we just had an offer accepted on and we were approved to have the inspection two days after our offer was accepted. Our inspector, Rick, was incredibly helpful and thorough. Utilizing the information that Rick provided in his inspection report, we were able to negotiate the seller fixing a couple of the items that were outstanding on the report. GreenWorks has a large group of inspectors which really helps ensure a quick turnaround, and is especially helpful in more compressed close-date timelines.

Needed his expertise & honest review. He did a great job which aided us in making the most informative decision on such a big investment. Thank you Matthew. We will definitely keep you & Greenworks in mind when we need another inspection done.

Louis was very precise with his evaluation and inspection of our future home. He answered every question and concern we had. He put our minds at ease and made us realize that it was a good idea after all to obtain a private inspector and get a second opinion to inspect our future home. Very easy going and courteous individual. Got there before I arrived on time and started right away. Worked hard and diligently.
