On our newly built home. He was able to identify deficiencies around the house that needed to be addressed by our builder and gave us his honest opinion on the severity of these observations. This helped us make more informed decisions, and get back to our builder with punch items that needed to be addressed. Jared was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, and very punctual in providing the inspection reports. My spouse and I definitely recommend him as well as Greenworks for any home inspection needs.

Best inspectors hands down! Very detailed and knowledgeable, friendly yet efficient, best of all, they help describe the inspection methodology during the inspection, which was my favorite part! I learned so much from these guys! I used inspector Storey, who was a complete boss at his job! Thank you, Chris, for finding deficiencies with our new construction home throughout the build, which saved us thousands of dollars down the road!!!

He went above and beyond to answer my questions and educated me on asbestos and mold. I really appreciated how quickly he came out which was the next day after I called to schedule the appointment. He was prompt, proficient, professional and knowledgable. The report was thorough and I appreciate the pictures of the various areas that he collected samples from. Overall the whole experience was very smooth and easy.
