In my opinion I would stay away from this guy if I were you. He says he completed an inspection for me that he obviously didn’t do or he would’ve saw the mold/black mold 5 feet from the crawlspace opening. Rhe told me he was down there for 10 minutes good old boys trying to scam good people. $20,000 later to fix the problem. Please BEWARE don’t let it happen to you.
He was very thorough and detailed with the inspection. Along with being extremely kind and patient.
Comprehensive report demonstrated exceptional attention to detail which ultimately saved us THOUSANDS by identifying serious issues that the realtor never disclosed and our untrained eye completely missed.
