The Home Inspection Training Center was developed in response to todays demanding marketplace. Homes are no longer the simple ranch or cape cod. Homes are larger, more complex and constructed with engineered and green building materials; and buyers expect the home inspector to be knowledgeable.
The success of a home inspector is directly dependent on his or her knowledge of not only proper construction techniques but, their ability to recognize and properly identify defects.

I had not read much more than a newspaper in 20 years, when I saw the NC Exam reference book list I almost changed my mind about trying to become a home inspector. I needed a change. I wanted to be my own boss and not be tied to desk. I tried to study, but just could not seem to retain the information.  After working with Tom and Bonnie Gregory, I realized that I never knew how to study.  Whenever, I had a question I knew that they were just a phone call away.  I not only passed the exam on the first try, but I have made a very successful career change to home inspection
I was not sure I could get focused to study and memorize everything needed for the exam. The Gregory’s not only provided great materials and interesting courses, they put me back on track with tips on how to study and how to take exams.
Without the school I would have struggled as an inspector, a must even if you think you know it all. Awesome people to help at a drop of a hat.
