Tim was right there to get my call and he was very personable right from the start, I just happened to like him right off the bat. We set up our appointment on the day that my self and my realtor chose. We met with him, he explained everything to me, ran all of the appliances, checked all the wiring and plumbing, ran all of the systems, took pictures of everything, explained what was missing in certain areas and what needed to be updated. He showed me areas of concern and also areas where I was getting a great deal. He answered all of my questions was very patient and kind. He promptly emailed me a full report with all of the pictures and details of the inspection. His work is guaranteed!! Also very reasonably priced!
So kind and professional…a real gentleman! Made me feel completely comfortable and was willing to answer any and all questions!
Amazing….highly recommended, Tim is polite and very thorough in his inspections, he saved us from getting a trouble house which looked so good from outside but had so many hidden issues….he explains everything and tells you everything in details…
