Dave did both the inspection on my current home for me, and one on the home that I sold. I have found him to be knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. He explains the difference between minor things that routinely occur when you buy an existing home, and large things that are either safety hazards, will affect the integrity of the house, or will be expensive to fix. I have 100% faith and trust in what Dave says, and will absolutely use him the next time I move.

My wife and I hired Dave to inspect our single family Madison home after an accepted offer in March 2021. He was quick to respond to our call, and we were able to schedule the inspection days later. On the day of the inspection, Dave walked us room to room, explaining all notable findings in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
