Scheduling was easy and we were able to pay through their online portal which made for a painless process. Our inspector, Mike, was very knowledgeable and extremely skilled at describing what he was looking at and for in a way that made sense to us and provided us with all of the information that we needed as first time homebuyers. We received the final report an hour after the inspection was complete which was much quicker than we were anticipating. As we reviewed the report, a question came up and, after reaching out to Habitation Investigation, Mike gave us a call in a very prompt manner and succinctly answered our question. We will definitely use Habitation Investigation for any home inspections that we may need in the future.

This company was hired to do a home inspection by the buyers of a home we listed on the market. Two guys showed to do the inspection and took a full three hours, which was not the issue. The biggest issue came when the tracked mud throughout my entire home! They were in and out of the house with no concern of weather and outside conditions.
