Julian was the first home inspector I ever used for my first buyers and I have been using him ever since. He is very through, he has excellent tools, is great at finding and explaining issues to clients and his reports are easy to read, have pictures, and are very detailed. on top of all that he can give you and energy audit of your home to save you money and make your home more resource efficient. If you find yourself in need of a home inspection please don’t go with some company like HomeGuard, pick Julian, owner and inspector of Halcyon.
I will definitely recommend Julian to do any home inspection. He is a very professional and detailed on his reports.
He wrote a great report with lots of photos that helped us negotiate with the sellers. Excellent work and very knowledgeable.
