I Recently had a house inspected by by Ed. He was very professional and extremely thorough. I was grateful for his expertise and knowledge as this was a new endeavor for me. It didn’t work out for me this time but at least I know I have a great person to call to inspect the next home I look to buy. Thanks Ed. Marybeth M.

Ed arrived to the property on time November 1, 2020 1:49 pm

Ed arrived to the property on time. He took his time to go through all the rooms on his own and then went through all the rooms a second time with me explaining what he saw and answered my questions thoughtfully and patiently. When receiving the report within 24 hours I was extremely pleased that there were pictures attached to his inspection which makes it easier to understand what he observed. The report was also color coded in 3 sections in what does not need to be repaired, what might be considered to be repaired and what is a necessity to be repaired. I also appreciated that he sent a follow up email to state if I needed any assistance with respect to the report to give him a call. I recommend his services to those needing a home inspection.

We are closing on our first house and Ed was the first name on the list of inspectors recommended. Ed showed up early and performed a thorough inspection for us. He’s extremely down to earth but also very professional. This guy knows his stuff and exceeded our expectations. Being a first time home owner, Ed took his time and explained everything thing while we worked our way throughout the property. I highly recommend Ed/Hammerology to anyone who needs a quality home inspection.
