Hammond inspection service is my go to company for my clients home inspection needs. I have been a Broker since 2007 and they have always done a great job. I highly recommend them.
If you are looking for exceptional inspection services, this is the place to go to! Melissa and John are hands down the best in the industry. It is increasingly difficult these days to find genuine people who are professional, honest, thorough, will stand behind their work, and aren’t in it just for the money. I made the colossal mistake of using another Company to inspect a new home purchase that didn’t even bother to check the HVAC units, and when called out on it they refused to come out to re-inspect. This was despite paying for their very expensive and “thorough” service. What a joke!
I highly recommend Hammond Inspections!! I’m a Realtor and my clients and I have been relying upon John, Melissa and the rest of their great team for 7 years now. I have used them for countless inspections for my buyer clients and they are always very thorough, professional, and on time. On a recent inspection, with their special equipment they were able to detect a very small and unnoticeable leak, saving my clients many headaches and over $25k in potential repairs!
