I highly recommend Hammond Inspections!! I’m a Realtor and my clients and I have been relying upon John, Melissa and the rest of their great team for 7 years now. I have used them for countless inspections for my buyer clients and they are always very thorough, professional, and on time. On a recent inspection, with their special equipment they were able to detect a very small and unnoticeable leak, saving my clients many headaches and over $25k in potential repairs!

John was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He arrived early, was friendly and conversational. He made me feel very comfortable about our new home. He put me at ease throughout the process and answered every question and gave great advice and encouragement. I will definitely use them again and strongly suggest you do as well! Thanks John!

This is my first time as a buyer, and it was critical to hire a professional and fair inspector. Eric Bergeron matched both of these traits. He arrived promptly, inspected the home with great detail, and provided insightful feedback. I appreciate how Eric answered my questions both during and after the inspection. He was polite, respectful, and friendly. First time buyers, please come prepared with questions. I had a list prepared in advance and Eric went through each question with no rush. He listens well. He also provided a report the same day of his visit. I will highly recommend others to this business. Thank you, Eric.
