He knew common problems in the style of home I was looking at, and made sure to inform me of possible remedies to the problems he did find. Vicki was very prompt with all emails and scheduling. Had an issue that caused the initial inspection date to be pushed back. They were able to accommodate this and fit me in only a few days later. No extra charges or fees. I couldn’t be happier and will recommend Hancock Home Inspections on the future!
