I’ve had used several companies for home inspections and this was by far the best home inspection I’ve had. Jim Hanson, the owner, was present along with another gentleman. Both men were professional and very thorough, finding several major problems with the home we were purchasing, saving us a lot of money and headache down the road. Their report, which arrived just a few hours after our inspection, was also the best report I’ve ever seen.
Shared a bit of pro knowledge at each step and called out stuff that was interesting even if not being something that goes on the report. Some stuff they note is fairly obvious but not to all. Fair, fast and IMHO very scrupulous. I’ll work with them next house sale. Recommend
